PILLAR 1
YOUR PLAN
Here, you will focus on your Vision Plan and your Key Startup Decisions. Although you might already have your tax-exempt status, many organizations missed this step, so we will make sure you are solid.
PILLAR 2
YOUR PROCESSES
There are 3 Key Things We focus on here. Getting your Administration solid (your documentation), Your Actions (the steps your take in your organization), and Your Accounting (money, resources, and a place for the money to go).
PILLAR 3
YOUR PROGRAM
At this point, you are probably already providing some sort of services or activities to your community. We need to make sure they are transformed into a program. Here usually it's some form of Outreach or Seasonal program.
PILLAR 4
YOUR PROPOSAL
You have to have a way to get funding in the door. the best way to start is with in-kind donations and individual donors until you gain traction.
PILLAR 5
YOUR POSITIONS
Learn the basics of what your minimum board should look like. Make sure you have those basics in place. Also, see what you need to do to create a space for yourself as the Founder. Make the key decisions on what role you will hold in the organization.
YOUR FIRST FUNDING MILESTONE
FOUND TO YOUR FIRST 5 FIGURES: $25K IN FUNDING
You have to have a funding goal to shoot for therefore you know you are moving in the right direction. So when you implement the initial funding streams, you should be able to secure at least $25,000 in funding resources from individual donors, small fundraisers, and business and corporate grants. Plus get an additional in-kind donation valued at $6,250 or more.

COMPLETE TFU FOUNDATIONS AND MOVE TO TFU BUILD
Once you complete all the milestones from Fundable U Foundations, you will take the graduation assessment to be granted access to Fundable U Build.
