LESSON 1-THE GRANT WRITING SYSTEM
Goal: Learn about Grant Funding & The Steps of The Grant Writing System.
Before we run off writing grants all willy-nilly, we have a few critical (often overlooked) foundational elements to get nailed down first so you know that you're building your proposals on solid ground.
We'll take you through the in-depth 5 step system (Our grant writing boot camp), ensures that you understand the process of grant writing and making. This way you know what you need to get you started and set up correctly. You're also going to learn a simple, extremely-effective framework for writing successful proposals day in and day out...without stress.
LESSON 2-GRANT STACK #1-BUSINESS FUNDERS
Goal: A Completed Ask Letter To Use For Business Grants. (GS 1)
We'll dive into the steps you'll want to use for targeting juuuust the right businesses for your organization as well as learning what makes a great Ask Letter in terms of what to write, say and do so that you can confidently reach out "to businesses" and know that you're putting your best information in front of the right people who are willing to fund you with resources for your programs.

LESSON 3-GRANT STACK #2-CORPORATE FUNDERS
Goal: A Completed Corporate Letter Proposal (GS 2)
Now it's time to hop into the next Grant Stack “Corporations” and write your next funding instrument “The Proposal Letter”. We'll walk you through the process step-by-step so you can apply to mission matched corporate donors and ask with complete confidence that you've gotten all the important things in the right places.
THAT is going to feel like a breath of fresh air!!! Corporate donors have a more rapid turnaround than foundations, and usually have a less complicated application process as well.
The amazing thing about corporate donors is that once you have a relationship with them, you can tap into other support that is not open to public disclosure. Plus you will be on their funding radar!
LESSON 4-GRANT STACK #3-FOUNDATION FUNDERS
Goal: A Completed Master Grant Proposal (GS 3)
Real talk visionaries: writing and winning foundation grants can be a little wild & mysterious.
We're going to take some of the intrigue out and get comfy with the process together by focusing on the REAL fundamentals that can make or break the grants process for you, so that you can navigate confidently and feel less like a foreign visitor to a new land!
We'll dive into the inner workings and nuances that you've been missing (even if you have tried and failed at securing foundation funding before) and proactively address the 5 steps that you must take to see results with foundations. This is ESPECIALLY important because your grant writing instrument can range from 5 to 25 pages! You will use the provided template to put together a FULL Master proposal to use over and over again.
LESSON 5-GRANT STACK#4-LOCAL GOVERNMENT FUNDERS
Goal: Well Informed Process For Local Government Proposals
Now it's time to approach the mini-giants! Your local government is made up of city and county agencies who often receive federal grant funding resources to help their communities through the hands of other churches and nonprofits. This is where you want to learn, build and thrive so that you can later open the floodgates to federal funding to help you with true stability for your church's community programs.
We will talk about the difference between RFPs, NOFAs, LOIs, MOUs and other "government specific" terms that you need to know and understand as you move into this grant funding stack.
Get this right, and you can create your first of many potential recurring revenue sources to fund your community vision with greater success.
LESSON 6-GRANTS MANAGEMENT & REPORTING
Goal: Learn Grant Reporting, Management & Compliance
Aka: "Ok great, we got the grant ...NOW WHAT?!"
This module will teach you the quick way to triage + assess your grant funding results (whether you #GETFUNDED or get rejected for funding) including which information matters and what to DO NEXT! No more worrying if you're doing the right things with the funding. We'll also teach you the optimal ways to account for your grant funds, make proper reports to funders, keep accurate records, and understand how to budget for your future success of your proposals to get the most bang (and return!) for your time investment. As your organizations official Grant Writer, you will absolutely love utilizing our #StayFunded system in your organization, with checklists and documents to help you stay compliant and be a front runner for repeat funding with funders.

The crippling fear that we would not longer be able to serve the community because we were barely keeping the doors of the church open drove us from struggle to sacrifice mode.
I frantically started applying for grant funding left and right and chasing the dollars to produce some funding without a clear blueprint. We thought the harder we worked at applying for 5 and 6 figure grants, that just one of them coming through would rescue us from the brink of closure.
Well, we were wrong! The constant frenzied grind of slapping together half-completed proposals had us on the fast track to burnout and breakdown before we would see a breakthrough.
We were on the brink of ditching the outreach and returning to the exhausting fundraising efforts of repeated bake sales, car washes, revivals, and BBQ dinner sales that frankly cost so much more in time, resources, and energy that we still would barely break even. The thoughts of the homeless going hungry, babies without diapers, and school children without shoes made us feel like we were just missed it.
That’s when we discovered the Fundable Success Model that turned the underfunded vision around and helped us hit seven figures of grant funding FAST (like in just 24 months) without losing our faith identity.
