Before we run off writing grants all willy-nilly, we have a few critical (often overlooked) foundational elements to get nailed down first so you know that you're building your proposals on solid ground.

We'll take you through the indepth 5 step system (Our grant writing boot camp), ensure you understand the process of grant making and that what you need to get you started is set up correctly. You're also going to learn a simple, extremely-effective framework for writing successful proposals day in and day out...without stress.

Goal: A Completed Ask Letter To Use For Business Grants. (Grant Stack 1)

We'll dig into the steps you'll want to use for targeting juuuust the right businesses for your organization as well as learning what makes a great Ask Letter in terms of what to write, say and do so that you can confidently reach out "to businesses" and know that you're putting your best information in front of the right people who are willing to fund you with resources for your programs.

Goal: A Completed Corporate Letter Proposal (Grant Stack 2)

Now it's time to hop into the next Grant Stack “Corporations” and write your next funding instrument “The Proposal Letter”.  We'll walk you through the process step-by-step so you can apply to mission matched corporate donors and ask with complete confidence that you've gotten all the important things in the right places.

THAT is gonna feel like a breath of fresh air!!!  Corporate donors have a more rapid turnaround than foundations, and usually have a less complicated application process as well.

Goal: A Completed Master Grant Proposal

Real talk visionaries: writing and winning foundation grants can be a little wild & mysterious.

We're going to take some of the intrigue out and get comfy with the process together by focusing on the REAL fundamentals that can make or break the grants process for you,  so that you can navigate confidently and feel less like a foreign visitor to a new land! 

We'll dive into the inner workings and nuances that you've been missing (if you have tried and failed at securing foundation funding before)...and proactively address the 5 steps that you must take to see results with this type of funder, ESPECIALLY because your grant writing instrument can range from 5 to 25 pages!  You will use the provided template to put together a FULL Master proposal to use over and over again.

Goal: Well Informed Process For Local Government Proposals

Now it's time to approach the mini-giants!  Your local government is made up of city and county agencies who often receive federal grant funding resources to help their communities through the hands of other churches and nonprofits.  This is where you want to learn, build and thrive so that you can later open the floodgates to federal funding to help you with true stability for your church's community programs.

We will talk about the difference between RFPs, NOFAs, LOIs, MOUs and other "government specific" terms that you need to know and understand as you move into this grant funding stack.

Get this right, and you can create your first of many potential recurring revenue sources to fund your community vision with greater success.

Goal: Learn Grant Reporting, Management & Compliance

Aka: "Ok great, we got the grant ...NOW WHAT?!"

This module will teach you the quick way to triage + assess your grant funding results (whether you #GETFUNDED or get rejected for funding) including which information  matters and what to DO NEXT! No more worrying if you're doing the right things with the funding. We'll also teach you the optimal ways to account for your grant funds, make proper reports to funders, keep accurate records, and understand how to budget for your future success of  your proposals to get the most bang (and return!) for your time investment.
