GETTING TO THIS POINT WASN'T EASY
When we started out trying to get grant funding, we really struggled to write a proposal that felt aligned with our vision. We didn’t know half the information they were asking for on the proposals and we lacked the right documentation to attach to show proof that we could be trusted to handle “other people’s money”. After being rejected by funder after funder 15 times in a row, we knew the problem had to be us. 🙅♀️ We took some time to really put our internal structure in order and financials. It took MONTHS!
We paid a CPA just to give us a Compilation so that we could apply for a much-needed United Way grant.
This was in February 2009.
By 2016 we had amassed over $10 Million Dollars In Grants & Funding For Our Church's Community Outreach
Most importantly we served over 20,000 people in our community and helped change lives daily!
By this time, our phone was ringing off the hook from other Pastor's, Faith Community Leaders and Aspiring Visionaries
Wanting to know how we did all this so quickly because they longed for the opportunity to serve more people and create bigger impact but had no clue where to start.

3 TIER PROCESS
To lay the foundation, build and fund your organization to a 6-figure funded year.
TIER 0: FOUNDATIONS
When you are here, it's because you are just getting started with your organization and need to make sure things line up so that you can become more fundable. You have to have a funding goal to shoot for therefore you know you are moving in the right direction. So when you implement the initial funding streams, you should be able to secure at least $10,000 in funding resources.
TIER 1: BUILD
When you are here, it's because you're a Church or Nonprofit that is just getting started with grant funding but needs help getting their organization grant ready. Have received little to no funding and need to get in a position to apply for grants. So when you have the program to attack additional funding streams, you should be able to secure at least $49,999 in funding resources
TIER 2: FUND
When you are here, it's because you're a Church or Nonprofit that has already started receiving funding, you are well on your way and you need to uplevel your program to attack higher levels of funding and support. So when you have the program to attack additional funding streams, you should be able to secure at least $99,999+ in funding resources.

Hey, We're Victor & Angela Myles
As former nonprofit executives and current Nonprofit Coaches & Consultants, we've dedicated our lives and time to doing good for others. Why? Because we know what it's like to go through the struggle. And as the old saying goes, “The struggle was real!”
We had no clue on where we needed to begin when it came down to grant funding. Didn’t know how to operate a corporation, how to hold board meeting the right way, and definitely not how to properly account for future grant funding. We wanted to do good, but we were going in the wrong direction.
In 2008 our tiny storefront outreach church set out to make a tremendous impact in the second poorest community in America. We had only 20 members, almost half of them children.
By 2010 we had been awarded over $1 million in grant funding plus another $450 K of in-kind donations, services and support. We never hired a grant writer. We built if from scratch. If we could do it then, you can absolutely do it now.
