About Your Host
Hi, I’m Angela Myles.
I work with churches and ministry leaders who have a real heart for their communities but feel stuck carrying an underfunded vision with little clarity or support.
I didn’t arrive at this work through theory or trends — I arrived here through lived experience.
I’ve been in the place where the calling was clear, the need was urgent, and the work was happening… yet the structure wasn’t there to sustain it. I’ve watched faithful outreach struggle not because the vision was wrong, but because it wasn’t positioned in a way others could understand, support, or fund.
I learned firsthand that passion alone doesn’t protect a vision — planning does.
When our church was forced to pause and reassess, planning became the turning point. As we clarified our community assignment and aligned the structure to support it, everything shifted. Support followed clarity. Partnerships formed. Funding doors opened. Not because the vision grew bigger, but because it finally became clear and legible.
That experience reshaped how I approach church and community work.
Today, I help churches slow down long enough to clarify what they’re truly called to build — not just internally, but in the communities they serve. My work sits at the intersection of faith, strategy, and stewardship, helping leaders translate vision into sustainable, fundable community impact.
I believe planning is not a lack of faith.
It’s how we steward what God has entrusted to us.
