HOW DOES IT WORK?

You'll do our signature pre-work (inside the University as well as in preparation for the retreat) where we will dive into your team, your numbers, your current services, policies, clients and your strengths. On our first scheduled day together, we'll hit the ground running working on your new business & funding plans. We'll map out a program plan that you can’t wait to deliver, create a detailed outreach process, improve your donor strategy and build a stellar documentation set and system. And we'll be coaching you so you can get past being stuck, past fear and get into a bigger vision for your future. This private coaching and consulting will be customized to your specific organizational needs and you will leave with clarity and a plan to execute. After the month,  we’ll send you a detailed step-by-step plan to rework your funding model and have your first program launch. Then we do a follow-up call in 30 days to make sure you are on track and ensure that the plan is working for you.

 Week of August 10th Access and complete The Pre-Work of the Fundable University before our time together

• Week of August 17th. Links to Schedule your Personal and Customized VIP meeting for your organization
• Week of August 24th - Turn In Your Documents and Assessments prior to our VIP Day

 September 1st to September 30th - VIP Sessions begin (1st week 2 Hour Sessions)

October-November (Follow up session)
