What This Is
A Structured Process for Building What You've Been Carrying
Most faith-based organizations have programs. Very few have program structure. There's a difference between running something and having something that can be documented, replicated, staffed, budgeted, and presented to a funder.
If your program lives in your head — or in a folder of incomplete notes — it is not fundable yet. Funders do not give to ideas. They give to organizations that can prove their program works, who it serves, what it costs, and what outcomes it produces.
This Intensive is a private, structured advisory process. We work together over 90 days to take your flagship program from wherever it is right now and build it into something clear, sustainable, and positioned for funding.

Built to be thorough, not rushed. Each session builds on the one before it.
Complete your agreement and first payment. You'll receive an onboarding form and access to your private working space.
We finalize your program direction and structure. Everything built from this point forward has a clear foundation.
4–6 sessions scheduled every 2–3 weeks. Each session builds on the previous. Refinement happens between calls.
By the end, you have a complete, documented, fundable program framework — not just a better idea.

Rate available for 72 hours only
Your 72-hour window is active. This rate reflects the $1,000 credit extended to clients who completed the Strategy Intensive. Once this window closes, the standard investment of $8,500 applies.
First payment due upon enrollment. Remaining payments processed automatically. All payments are non-refundable once the engagement begins.
